Using produce that has come from sustainable sources and insisting on wild, organic and free range produce Sylvan Oak offer menus that are in favour of seasonal availability and 85% of our produce comes from a 50 mile radius of Findon.

Whether the freshest asparagus or the most succulent of cuts, our menus change to reflect what is in season, when produce is at its most rewarding so we can present our customers with a true reflection of our locality.

The Sylvan Oak have recently been ‘highly commended’ in the category for ‘Restaurant of the Year’ at Sussex County Times Awards, a local award contributed to and voted by readers.
