At the Sylvan Oak restaurant in West Sussex the philosophy is simple – we believe in relaxed, affordable and unhurried fine dining and we insist on sourcing local Sussex ingredients and drink wherever possible.

Situated 10 minutes north of Worthing in Findon, Sylvan Oak presents an evolving food culture known as ‘British Fusion’, where our head chef and proprietor Sinan Kalan presents full flavoured food with impeccable visual presentation.

2011 is proving to be our best year to date for this West Sussex fine dining restaurant. Last year we celebrated being awarded ‘Highly Commended’ in the finals of the ‘Restaurant of the Year Award’ with the Sussex County Times and this year aims to as exciting as we launch the private catering part of our business.
